AN ACT

To amend chapter 164, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to submission of bond issues to the voters.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 164, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 164.156, to read as follows:

164.156. No school board of any school district shall resubmit to the voters a request to issue bonds within twelve months of the date the same or a similar request was originally placed before the voters of the district and failed to achieve approval.
