AN ACT

To repeal section 633.100, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to regional centers for comprehensive services for mental retardation and developmental disabilities.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Section 633.100, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 633.100, to read as follows:

633.100. The department shall establish no more than five regional centers in regions located throughout the state.
