AN ACT
To amend chapter 21, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the expiration of certain state initiatives and programs.
Section A. Chapter 21, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 21.265, to read as follows:
21.265. Any state initiative or program that has an estimated fiscal impact in excess of ten million dollars at the
time of passage shall expire ten years after the effective date of such initiative's or program's enabling legislation,
unless such enabling legislation specifically provides for an earlier expiration of the initiative or
program.
