AN ACT

To repeal section 318.100, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to licensing requirements.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Section 318.100, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 318.100, to read as follows:

318.100. Every licensed keeper of one or more such tables mentioned in section 318.010 shall [post up] display in the room where the same is placed one or more placards, having section 318.090 conspicuously [written, painted or] posted and printed thereon, in letters [of] not [less] smaller than [one-quarter inch in size] ten-point type, for the information of players.
