CCS/HCS/SB 407 - This act modifies the cancer clinical trial
provision by removing some language which would have made the
provision applicable to other life-threatening diseases. The act
also provides that the cancer clinical trial mandate shall not
apply to certain types of policies such as accident-only
policies.
