COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Transportation and Motor Vehicles by a vote of 19 to 0.

This bill designates U. S. Highway 63 in Macon County as the
"Pearl Harbor Memorial Highway."

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say the bill will allow all of U. S. 63
in Macon County to receive proper recognition.

Testifying for the bill were Representative Shoemaker (8); and
William Davis.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
