HB 326 -- STE. GENEVIEVE COUNTY BOUNDARY

CO-SPONSORS:  Wagner, Engler, Ward

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Local Government by a vote of 16 to 0.

This bill changes the boundary description of Ste. Genevieve
County.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the bill will show current
county lines in statute.  The bill corrects an error made in a
1925 survey.

Testifying for the bill was Representative Wagner.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
