HB 135 -- Firearms Regulation

This bill clarifies that the design, manufacture, and sale of
firearms or ammunition to the public are not unreasonably
dangerous activities and do not constitute a nuisance per se.
The bill does not prevent suits for breach of contract or
warranty for firearms or ammunition.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
