HB 142 -- High-Speed Internet Access

Co-Sponsors:  Dempsey, Wright, Willoughby, Spreng, Smith (14),
Ward, Johnson (90), Bivins, Dixon, Skaggs, Avery, Stevenson

This bill prohibits the Public Service Commission from regulating
high-speed Internet access or broadband service.  The bill also
requires incumbent local exchange telecommunications companies to
provide unbundled access to network elements only to the extent
required by federal regulations.
