HB 168 -- Sexual Contact with Students

This bill creates the crime of sexual contact with a student
while on public school property.  A person commits this crime if
he or she is a teacher and has sexual contact with a student of
the public school while on the school's property.  Sexual contact
with a student while on public school property is a class D
felony.
