HB 189 -- Community College Facilities Maintenance Funds

Co-Sponsors:  Parker, McKenna, Bearden, Fares, Avery, Kratky,

This bill clarifies that the annual appropriation for maintenance
and repair of facilities for community colleges is exclusive of
any capital appropriation and that the current cap on those
appropriations of 10% is also exclusive of the capital
appropriation.
