HB 384 -- State School Aid for Certain Districts

Beginning with the 2003-2004 school year, this bill permits
hold-harmless districts with a levy of no less than $2.75 to
receive an amount per pupil that is adjusted for inflation by the
cumulative change in the Consumer Price Index for the current
year compared to the 2001-2002 school year.
