HB 415 -- Practice of Chiropractic

This bill revises the definition of "chiropractic" to include the
diagnosis and treatment of kinetically altered articulations and
diseases of the body, along with restoring and maintaining normal
physiological musculoskeletal function and health.

The bill further revises the definition to allow chiropractic
physicians to practice methods and order appropriate clinical
care that is commonly taught by chiropractic programs in
universities accredited by the State Board of Chiropractic
Examiners.
