HB 435 -- Stopping at Railroad Grade Crossings

Co-Sponsors:  Engler, Crawford, Schlottach

This bill requires operators of commercial motor vehicles when
approaching a railroad crossing to reduce the vehicle's speed and
check whether a railroad track is clear of an approaching train.
This provision will not apply to drivers of vehicles which are
currently required to stop at a railroad crossings.
