HB 499 -- School District Subdistricts

This bill requires the St. Louis County Board of Election
Commissioners to create within 60 days after August 28, 2003,
seven subdistricts in any school district that is within or that
adjoins a school district within a street light maintenance
district with less than 3,000 inhabitants.  The bill sets up
procedures for drawing subdistrict boundaries, how to apportion
the subdistricts, transition provisions, and provisions for
filling vacancies.
