HB 523 -- State Gaming Commission

Co-Sponsors:  Dusenberg, Crawford, Skaggs

This bill requires the State Gaming Commission to submit two sets
of fingerprints to the State Highway Patrol for every person
seeking employment with the commission or anyone seeking a new or
renewal of a license required by the commission related to bingo
and excursion boat gaming.  The Highway Patrol will run various
searches against national data bases and inform the commission of
any criminal history.
