HB 538 -- Law Enforcement Records

This bill exempts from the Open Records Law the name of any law
enforcement officer who is the subject of a complaint which does
not result in a formal disciplinary action or the filing of
charges relating to the complaint.  When an incident report or an
investigative report is prepared for such a complaint, the name
of the law enforcement officer will be redacted.
