HB 567 -- Juvenile Court Jurisdiction

This bill requires juvenile officers to send truancy reports to
school districts. If the child is a private, parochial, or home
school student, the school district must refer the reports to the
prosecuting attorney. If the child is a public school student,
the school district may refer the reports to the prosecuting
attorney.
