HB 648 -- School District Fund Transfers

This bill permits the Fairview R-XI School District to make a
one-time transfer of moneys by August 31, 2005, from the
incidental fund to the capital projects fund to complete a sewer
project that will comply with Department of Natural Resources
regulations.
