HB 650 -- Special Consultants on Retirement

This bill allows members of the Highways and Transportation
Employees' and Highway Patrol Retirement System (HTEHPRS) and the
Missouri State Employees' Retirement System (MOSERS) who retired
prior to July 1, 1990, to be appointed and employed by the board
of trustees as special consultants on problems of retirement,
aging, and other state matters.

As special consultants, retired members will receive on a monthly
basis an additional $5 multiplied by the member's number of years
of creditable service.
