HB 662 -- Anhydrous Ammonia

This bill creates the crime of unlawful release of anhydrous
ammonia, a class B felony.  The offense is committed when a
person who does not have lawful control of anhydrous ammonia
allows the release or escape of the ammonia into the atmosphere.
The offense becomes a class A felony if the release of ammonia
causes death or serious injury to a person.
