HB 66 -- Distribution of Controlled Substances

Currently, distribution of a controlled substance near schools
and distribution of a controlled substance near public or
government assisted housing are class A felonies.  Under this
bill, the term of imprisonment for these felonies must be served
without probation or parole if the offender is a persistent drug
offender.
