HB 670 -- Driving While Intoxicated

This bill requires law enforcement officers to administer a
chemical test to any driver who has a collision where there is a
fatality or serious physical injury and the driver has already
been convicted of, or pled guilty to, an intoxication-related
offense.  Current law allows, but does not require, the law
enforcement officer to administer a chemical test.
