HB 731 -- Reinstatement of Driver's Licenses

This bill requires that when suspension of a driver's license
occurred due to failure to dispose of charges and fines involved
with a moving traffic violation and the individual disposes of
the charges and fines, the Director of the Department of Revenue
will return the license of an individual who possesses a
noncommercial driver's license and remove the suspension from the
individual's driving record.  In the case of an individual who
possesses a commercial driver's license, the director will
reinstate the license.
