SRB 1108 -- REPEAL OF EXPIRED STATUTES

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass" by the Committee on Rules by a
vote of 10 to 0.

This bill repeals various statutes that have expired and are no
longer in effect.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2005, FY 2006, and
FY 2007.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the bill repeals various statues
that are no longer in effect.

Testifying for the bill was Senator Bartle.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
