HB 1033 -- Community College District Trustees

Sponsor:  Viebrock

This bill would eliminate the requirement to hold a community
college district trustee election when the number of candidates
equals the number of open positions.  Currently, among
nonpartisan elections for political subdivisions and special
districts, only municipal and community college district trustee
elections are required to be held under those circumstances.
