HB 1046 -- Adult Entertainment Tax

Sponsor:  Meiners

This bill levies a tax upon the sale of certain adult
entertainment material sold in the state.  The tax will be upon
any product or service that includes actual sexually explicit
conduct and is regulated by federal law.  The tax rate will be 5%
of the gross receipts from the sale and will be in addition to
any other tax levied.
