HB 1059 -- Alimony and Maintenance

This bill allows courts to enter orders relieving an individual
of the obligation to pay alimony and maintenance to a former
spouse if the former spouse is cohabitating with another person
in a relationship of a romantic nature.  The bill also repeals
current law that requires associate circuit judges to be assigned
those cases in order to hear them, which allows associate circuit
judges to hear dissolution cases without special assignment.
