HB 1101 -- Candidate Disqualification

This bill provides that candidates who fail to file campaign
finance disclosure reports within 60 days after the due date will
be disqualified from seeking the office sought.  Within 14 days
after actual notice of the proposed disqualification, the
candidate may appeal to the Administrative Hearing Commission,
which stays the disqualification.
