HB 1104 -- Disposal of Tenant Property

This bill authorizes landlords to remove and dispose of tenants'
property left in rented premises after the tenants fail to vacate
the premises in accordance with a court order issued pursuant to
Sections 441.710 - 441.880, RSMo (expedited eviction
proceedings).  The bill also authorizes cities and villages to
restrict, by order or ordinance, when and where landlords may
remove tenants' property.
