HB 1105 -- Drivers' Licenses

This bill prohibits the issuance of instruction permits,
drivers' licenses, and commercial drivers' licenses to
individuals who are not citizens of the U. S. for a duration that
exceeds the applicant's lawful presence authorized by the
Immigration and Naturalization Services.  The bill also contains
language dealing with fraud and deception in attempting to obtain
a permit or license.
