HB 1146 -- Small Claims Court

Under current law, a person may not file a claim in small claims
court if that person has filed more than eight other claims
during the current calendar year.  This bill prohibits the filing
of a claim by a person who has filed more than three other claims
in a 30-day period or during the current calendar month.
