HB 1178 -- Whistleblower Protection for Physicians

Sponsor:  Myers

This bill prohibits the State Board of Registration for the
Healing Arts from disciplining physicians for participating in
whistleblower activities as long as those activities are
conducted within their professional capacity as an employee or
service member of the federal government.
