HB 1186 -- Liquor Control

This bill allows the Supervisor of Alcohol and Tobacco Control to
issue certain temporary and special permits for caterers.  A
temporary permit effective for 120 consecutive hours or less
costs $10 for each calendar day.  This permit replaces the
current $10 per day permit.  A special license effective for a
maximum of 50 days during a calendar year costs $500.  A special
license effective for an unlimited number of days during the year
costs $1,000.  Caterers issued a special license or permit must
notify the supervisor of the location of each function three
business days in advance.
