HB 1248 -- Personal Records

This bill prohibits government agencies from employing a person
with a criminal record in any position that would have access to
personal records with unique personal identifiers including
mailing addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, drivers'
license numbers, and Social Security numbers.
