HB 1263 -- Contributions to Child Advocacy Centers

This bill establishes the Child Advocacy Center Fund.  It allows
individuals or corporations who are entitled to a state tax
refund to designate a portion of their refund to the fund.  If
they are not entitled to a tax refund, individuals or
corporations may make a contribution along with their payment or
send the contribution in separately.  The Director of the
Department of Social Services is responsible for establishing a
procedure for distributing the moneys in the fund to the
qualifying child advocacy centers.
