HB 1275 -- Conveyance in Newton County

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey certain state
property located in Newton County, known as the National Guard
Armory, to the City of Neosho.  The deed provides for a perpetual
easement to the American Legion Post #163 located in Neosho for
the use of the premises.
