HB 1307 -- Children's Health Insurance

Sponsor:  Muckler

This bill revises a provision pertaining to an eligibility
requirement for the Children's Health Insurance Program.  The
term "unborn children" is added to the definition for children
who are uninsured for the purposes of participating in the
program.
