HB 1310 -- Missouri Public Service Commission

This bill requires any person or entity that has a legal or
equitable interest of 5% or more in both a public utility and any
corporation that supplies products or services worth $1 million
annually to that public utility to give written notice to the
Missouri Public Service Commission within 30 days of acquiring an
interest.

Violation of the bill is a class A misdemeanor.
