HB 1313 -- Pupil/Teacher Ratios

In fiscal years 1995 through 1997, incentive funds were directed
to the reduction of pupil/teacher ratios in kindergarten to grade
three.  This bill amends the section to direct the funds for
fiscal years 2006 through 2010 and replaces a direct reference to
specific ratios with a reference to the desirable class size
under state standards.
