HB 1325 -- State Employee Donation of Accrued Annual Leave

Beginning January 1, 2005, state employees may donate a portion
of their accrued annual leave directly to a specific state
employee.  The donation may be instead of or in addition to a
donation into the established pool.  All current requirements for
the program apply to donations made to a specific state employee
or the pool.
