HB 1331 -- School Facilities

This bill repeals several obsolete sections of school facilities
law and updates and consolidates other sections.  The bill
permits school districts to dispose of personal property valued
at less than $500 under the terms established by the district.
Personal property valued at $500 or more must go to the highest
bidder.  The bill clarifies that districts may establish stadiums
and athletic facilities, as well as school libraries, art
galleries, and museums.  Districts may accept gifts of money or
property for stadiums and their appurtenances.
