HB 1336 -- Recreational Trails

This bill extends the immunity from civil liability currently
granted to landowners adjoining the Katy Trail State Park and
certain municipal and county trails to landowners adjoining all
publicly owned trails dedicated for recreation.  The bill,
however, removes from the immunity any situation where injuries
are caused by the failure of the occupant of the land to warn of
an artificial condition created or maintained by the occupant
that is likely to cause death or serious injury.
