HB 1341 -- Workers' Compensation

This bill requires the Division of Workers' Compensation to treat
contagious diseases contracted by firefighters or emergency
medical personnel of paid fire departments, fire districts, or
ambulance districts as eligible occupational diseases if proper
documentation can be furnished to the division showing that an
exposure existed while in the performance of work duties.
