HB 1404 -- Guardians Ad Litem

Currently, the court in a child custody or dissolution proceeding
may award the guardian ad litem's fees as a judgment by any party
to the proceedings or by public funds.  This bill allows the
court to issue a direct payment order to the parties for payment
of the guardian ad litem's fees.
