HB 1414 -- Child Custody

This bill prohibits courts from awarding custody, visitation, or
unsupervised visitation to a parent if the parent or anyone
residing with the parent has committed a sex offense against any
child.  Current law prohibits courts from awarding custody or
visitation to a parent who has committed a sex offense against
the child who is the subject of the order.
