HB 1415 -- Genetically Engineered Plants and Seeds

This bill requires the manufacturer or seed dealer of genetically
engineered plants, plant parts, or seeds to provide written
instructions to producers on how to minimize potential cross
contamination.  Instructions are to be as inclusive as the United
States Department of Agriculture's guidelines and filed with the
Missouri Department of Agriculture.  Seed dealers and
manufacturers are required to maintain certain sales information
for a minimum of two years.  The required sales information will
not be deemed a public record.
