HB 1457 -- Department of Natural Resources Permits

This bill postpones the imposition of fines or penalties on
permit holders under any program of the Department of Natural
Resources for failure to file a report until 30 days after the
department has notified the permit holder that the report has not
been received.  The postponement does not apply to permit holders
who have failed to file two or more reports in the last 12 months
or four or more reports in the last 60 months.  The penalty for
failure to file a required report is limited to not more than
$500 for the first violation.
