HB 1461 -- Civilian Review Boards

Sponsor:  El-Amin

This bill gives local civilian review boards subpoena power and
the authority to examine witnesses under oath.  Civilian review
boards investigate allegations of misconduct by local law
enforcement officers toward members of the public.
