HB 1524 -- Transient Guest Tax

Sponsor:  Ransdall

This bill allows the City of St. Roberts to impose, upon voter
approval, a room tax of not more than 5% per night.  This tax
will be in addition to any other tax authorized by law and will
be used for the purpose of funding the construction, maintenance,
and operation of a convention and multipurpose center.
